Holiday Photo Shoot Style Help for Girls

Hi Mommies,

Do you need style ideas for your holiday cards? Here are a few ideas for how to style your little girl or girls.

As I have mentioned in my prior blog, I love color coordinating or matching outfits. Pick a person to style first (mom, dad, brother, sister) and then choose outfits from there.

Remember, if you are styling children, it’s a good idea to bring extra props and clothing items. I brought a red coat for my daughter which she wore the entire time. Bring extra hair bows, sweaters and coats because you never know what is going to work until you start shooting. Also, children can be temperamental and may not want to cooperate, so bringing a favorite toy to play with is also a smart idea.

We were lucky enough to go to an actual Grinch inspired set for our Christmas cards, so I picked red, green and white for all of our outfits. If you are in New Jersey, check out The Paris House. They coordinate family photo shoots and have fantastic themed sets!!!
